Aloo Toast:Quick Recipe,10 minute tasty recipes
Aloo Toast is something a recipe invented by the modern generation.This is the modified version of pizza and sandwich.This taste really amazing.Can be made anytime and very easily.No before preparation is required to make this aloo toast.I usually like very much this to eat in evening nashta(breakfast) time.It is tasty yet fulfilling.You can also give to your childrens in tiffin box.
Let's start making this aloo toast!
1.Aloo stuff
- Take a non-stick pan and put 2 table spoons of oil.
- Let it heat properly.
- Once heated,add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds.
- Add 2 finely chopped chillies and a little bit grated ginger.
- Add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder,2 tablespoon of kashmiri mirch powder.
- Add 1 cup of peas.
- Add 2 diced (onions,capcicum,tomatoes).
- Now cover the lid and let it cook properly.
- Once the peas get soften,add the 3 large boiled,peeled and mashed potatoes.
- Mix well.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add salt as per taste and 1 table spoon of sugar.
- Mix everything well.
2.Time to assemble the aloo toast
- Take 1 slice of white breads.
- Spread the butter first on breads.
- Then spread the red/green and garlic chutneys evenly.
- Add the aloo stuffing properly.
- Take a iron tawa and put some butter on it.
- Toast it from lower side on low flame.
- Once the colour changes into golden brown,off the gas.
3.Time to serve.
- Plate it on serving dish.
- Add amul diced cheese.
- Put olives as a topping.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and sev.
- Add coriander leaves.

Notes:
- This aloo toast is also called as aloo bread.
- You can skip onions while making stuff and put onions seperately on bread.
- You can also microwave instead of toasting.
- Brown bread can also be used instead of white bread.
- Ghee can also be used and taken into consideration instead of butter.
